Roboform extension for Firefox/Mac does not appear in Firefox, even though it is enabled.
This problem begin with no particular cause evident. The Roboform extension appears in the Firefox addon page, and it shows as "Enabled". However, it doesn't appear in the browser itself. I have tried:
- Uninstall-Reinstall Roboform
- Uninstall-Reinstall Firefox
- Remove / Re-add Roboform extension within Firefox
- Install Roboform Extension from Firefox site instead of via Roboform itself.
I've been working with Roboform support, but to no avail -- the problem persists. Thoughts?

Was that version supported for the latest FF 60.0.2 version.
Sorry, this forum really doesn't provide support for 3rd party extensions such as that, although when a support contributor has some knowledge about the extension involved we try to hep the best we can. I have never used Roboform, but I have been around here long enough to be able to find support information from the Roboform website.
Please see this Roboform support page:

And if you aren't familiar with how Roboform works with Firefox 57 & later, see this support page: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000443051-Enabling-the-RoboForm-lower-toolbar-Chrome-Edge-and-Firefox-
Thanks for your kind reply. As I noted in my original post, I've been working with Roboform on this issue as well. Of course I'd reviewed all of their support documents, and have followed all the suggestions that they've made so far.
Currently, they're stumped. It might be a version incompatibility that they will have to solve. I posted here just on the off-chance that someone might have experienced a similar issue.
