My Firefox updated to the latest version the other day and no I can not see any Youtube videos. If I do a search that results in some videos I click on the video and it opens I get a black screen with the little Microsoft circle of dots and I hear the audio but no video. If I got to Youtube.com the home screen flashes for a second and then goes to white.

I've gone through the suggestions in other posts including unchecking the "use hardware acceleration when available" in the settings, and checking my add-ons and plugins for any Youtube options (there are none).

It's getting to be a pain to keep switching to Internet Explorer any time I want to watch a video. Youtube works fine on Explorer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Joe

Hi, try these : VIDEO AUDIO

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.2 with a Full Version Installer
