Amazon site only issue: A web page is slowing down your browser. What would you like to do?
I'm using Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 (64-bit) with Windows 7. I've been getting the "web page is slowing down your browser" error a lot when I'm shopping on Amazon. It appears to only happens on the Amazon site, and the pages do eventually load, but take forever to do so. One of the culprits is waiting for "images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com" to load. I tried running Firefox in safe mode but the problem persists. I don't have any issues at the amazon site with IE 11; all the pages load quickly. Help! This is driving me crazing.

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

I see this at times, and for me, I let it go or I see the pop-up bar go away before I can click on it. I don't know how FF determines that a Script is taking too long, as some of the pop-up Warnings are legit - meaning... it really is taking too long, but sometimes I think it is 'too sensitive' and as fast as some of the Warnings pop-up, they quickly go away.
How 'forever' is the Amazon issue? 30 seconds? A minute or more?
