I uninstalled my firefox app from my galaxy note 5 because it was not responding but was surprised that all my finviz.com downloads disappeared from my gallery app (immediately after uninstalling it and these downloads were executed). 1. When any android browser is uninstalled, all downloaded files are deleted. This is android's "feature". https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/9cvn39/psa_firefox_deletes_all_downloaded_files_when_its/ 2. You should've been copy your files somewhere before uninstalling Firefox. 2. We're not keeping backups of your downloads.
