You can manage what is on home panels in the settings:

menu > Settings > General > Home

Then tap "Top Sites" and you can enable/disable:

  • Recommended by Pocket
  • Recent Bookmarks
  • Visited

Or if this entire panel isn't useful to you, you can hide it and just one or more of the others, Bookmarks and History.
