Win 10 pop up box does not have FF as a choice for default browser after FF 67.0.4 update
Win 10 pop up box does not have FF as a choice for default browser after FF 67.0.4 update. Microsoft did not help me fix this either. When I click on a link in Thunderbird e-mail, it won't go to a browser--not until I made Chrome my default. FF is missing from the Win 10 choices for default browser. Is there a way to fix this? Or do I have to wait till both FF and Win 10 have more updates?

Hi ablstnlki12, Can you make Firefox your default browser in the FF Preferences -> General page?
That pops up the Win 10 page and the option for browsers which does not contain FF. Just like going straight to Windows 10 to choose default browser. FF is on my pc but it is not an option for default browser. Thanks for your reply.
Hi ablstnlki12, You can do a clean install. A clean install will not delete your bookmarks, saved passwords, add-ons or other personal information. See this article: Firefox keeps crashing at startup and scroll down to 'Try a clean install.'
I made FF .htm and .html default app but it still is not in the pop up box to choose as default app. It did not work with e-mail link. Now I will see if restarting the pc helps. I have dl the whole version 67.0.4 of FF already and may have uninstalled it before installing it again. I may try a clean install soon if problems continue.
