Previously it was possible to configure a printer through about: config print_printer and now I do not have this setting. Could Firefox change this in the latest update?

Hi harelmashriki, could you describe in more detail what you are trying to do? Normally, Firefox does store the name of the most recently used printer in this preference:

print_printer

That's at the very bottom of the list of preferences that start with print.

Yours is missing??

We've noticed that some preferences which store a record of the last used thing (such as the last download folder) are not saved when you use automatic private browsing mode. Not sure whether that could be relevant to your Firefox not remembering the last-used printer.
