Can't send email: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting, Connection refused
Recently I changed my email from POP to IMAP.
Now here's the new problem: I can't send any emails. Please see attached screenshot for the error message. I tried safe mode and editing portals. None of them worked. :(

It turned out that it just needs some editing on "Outgoing Server (SMTP)". :)

PS: I can send emails on other devices without any problems.
At this point 76.14.182.196 is blocked by the server from sending mail. This IP address appears to be connected to wave cable. The server belongs to godaddy. SO I suggest you ask them why they are not accepting mail from the wave cable address
