Every time I try to enter a game thru Facebook I get a message asking about this. How do I take care of it ONCE on the same exact site? Do I need to use an outdated version of Firefox?

You can allow Flash for a specific domain for the current session, so as long as you do not close Firefox then you shouldn't have to re-allow the Flash plugin. You can't allow Flash permanently in Firefox 70, so in a new session you will have to re-allow the flash plugin. Firefox will stop supporting Flash around the end of 2020 because Adobe will no longer release updates, so in about a year you can no longer install and enable Flash in Firefox.

Soon Firefox will stop supporting Adobe flash because it is a technology that has an expiration date in 2020, you are already making efforts by companies to migrate their applications to HTML5.

We could recommend a downgrade.
