Just installed Thunderbird 78.13.0.

Unread emails are no longer showing up in bold. I've made no changes to anything.

How do I bring back the bold marking?

I'm not currently using Bitdefender's anti-spam toolbar, though I have done so in the past (I stopped using it because it just had too many false hits, particularly for mailing lists to which I subscribe).

But my problem with unread emails went away after a cold boot (for some reason, a warm boot hadn't taken care of the problem).

So I don't really know what went wrong.
