OK, send later disfunction was archieved as no longer an issue. That is incorrect. Send later does not work since TB 78. When I need to send later I have to use gmail and cc myself.

What's the problem? There have been many versions of TB since 78 with new add-ons/changes - why not fix send later???

I believe Send later is an add-on created by a separate developer. They have a page where you can check comments related to this add-on, find out which TB versions it is compatible with, and contact the developer. There have been recent updates. Check you have installed the current version of Send Later that is compatible with the TB version.
