font size on incoming emails too small for me to read easily

I have ThunderBird 91.3.2 (32-bit) running under Edition Windows 10 Home Version 21H1 Installed on ‎12/‎3/‎2020 OS build 19043.1348 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

on an HP 15-dw2xxx laptop I don't do anything fancy, just read incoming emails and send the occasional msg. I'm find that the font for both outgoing and incoming emails is getting smaller and smaller and harder for me to read. Is there a way I can set a minimum font size for these areas?

Preferences/General/Language & Appearance, Advanced, set the fonts and sizes with Fonts for:Latin and repeat with Fonts for:Other Writing Systems, and uncheck 'Allow messages to use other fonts'.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've already done these steps with no improvement. Your email arrived so small it looked like dots instead of letters. I went back to Preferences and increased the font sizes and minimum font size and made sure "Allow messages to use other fonts" was not checked.

No improvement.
