problem sending email
A couple of days ago, I could no longer send email from my Thunderbird account. This morning I was able to send five emails--but now I can't again. My ISP is Comcast, but they couldn't resolve it so said to contact you. My Thunderbird version is 102.5.0. I'm running Windows 10, Update 4.91.0.0, and Firefox 107.0.
I get this error message: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: resomta-a1p-076784.sys.comcast.net resomta-a1p-076784.sys.comcast.net CSI IP 69.4.234.63 is not permitted to send messages. Please contact support if you feel this is in error..

Can you send messages from online account?
Yes, I can.
I see you have two comcast accounts. Can you send from either of them? Please post screenshot of SMTP server settings and identify which one works (if, if fact, one does). Thanks.
I can only find one Comcast account, for which I already posted the server settings. It's not currently working. (I have two Gmail accounts.)
Hello
while you have a problem when using Thunderbird, it does mean that Thunderbird is responsible, as well as if you have a car and the road to where you want to go is blocked, it's not the car's fault, it's a problem with the road. Searching for your error message shows that it's a blacklist problem with an IP address:
this is the same error message, for an user of Outlook. You should solve this problem with your Internet and mail provider.
Your earlier post showed a screenshot with TWO comcast smtp servers. That may be part of the problem. I suggest reviewing them and deleting one of them.
