When I send emails, they do not go into that email SENT folder. They go into a Local Folders section. I have tried different ways to save into my email folder, but nothing changes.

I am having quite a bit of difficulty with other issues too on Thunderbird. Just a nightmare.

The lack of being able to actually speak with someone in "Support" is terrible.

What is your setting in copies&folders? Actually, support is quite good for a product that costs nothing.
