When I transferred my icloud email account to TB only a few of the 15 folders were transferred. Troubleshooting first with Apple, I was told to delete the account and re-create it. I did but that did not restore to lost folders. How can I get the rest of my folders to transfer?

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh. Do the missing folders appear in the list to subscribe?
