I have a Firefox account and after reinstalling the Mozilla Firefox web browser and logging into my account I have lost all my bookmarks and settings. I don't know what the problem was or how to solve it, but it seems like a very big mistake to me. That has never happened to me with Chrome. I have tried to do everything they say in the help, including the Profile Manager, but I can't recover my settings.

I need urgent help with this problem or I will stop using this browser.

Hola, El servicio de Sync es un servicio para Sincronizar dispositivos no de Respaldo, en Sync el que manda la sincronización es el Firefox Desktop (cliente) si formateas la PC que tenia dicho Firefox y vuelves a conectar la cuenta lo que le estas diciendo al servidor de Sync es que sincronice el nuevo Firefox que esta sin datos (porque esta recién instalado) por lo tanto se borran los datos anteriores almacenados en el Servidor. En cambio si tienes mas de un Firefox Desktop conectado a la misma cuenta el que sigue activo mantendrá los datos en el servidor y el nuevo Firefox sincronizara estos datos, pero solo en el caso de haber mas de un Firefox Desktop.

Para hacer respaldo o backup se debe copiar la carpeta de perfil del Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/perfiles-el-lugar-donde-firefox-almacena-tus-contr Saludos
