Had to give up using Firefox because I can't open CenturyLink Email. Being told login does not match, but when I use the login on another browser, works fine. It does no good to change password as it will only open one time and then goes back to login does not match. I miss Firefox browser but must get to my Email. Help if you can! Jack Jackson

I am no GURU but have suffered with Centurylink / Firefox for several years.

Look at your saved Centurylink accounts and passwords in the browser that works and make sure the account name and password that works is exactly the same in the saved passwords/accounts in Firefox.

Get rid of any old Clink account and password that is not something you recognize

Another thing that MIGHT let you log on to your Clink EMAIL is to go to the Clink home page Centurylink.net and go to email from that page -(upper right hand top) That saved me a few days ago when my Clink email quit working probably be cause of their fancy schmantzy "new Email " annoying popup
