Deleting a contact from the address book
When I want to delete a contact from my address book I display the contact but the delete option when I right-click on the contact is grayed-out. How do I delete the contact?

I read this and thought Mac user.
You only get read access to your mac address book in Thunderbird as that is all apple will allow. SO you have to do all your editing in the mac addrssbook
