Malware has a Browser Guide add on that keeps coming up constantly into my daily viewing I want it stopped please
I have installed Malware protection onto my laptop and it has been interfering constantly by popping up with a Browser Guide I cannot remove and they advise me to go through my Browser FireFox to have it removed.

Do you mean Browser Guard? Do you have MalwareBytes installed?
You can find Browser Guard here and remove it: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons
