Hi Mike, what kind of error are you getting? For example, the site rejects you, Firefox says it can't connect, etc. If you could copy/paste the error message into a reply, that may help in diagnosing the issue. Note: if Firefox has a secure connection error, look for an ALL_CAPS_ERROR either in the main text or revealed by clicking an Advanced button in the error page.
