Hi Julie, you have a few different options:
(1) Add the top menu bar (File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help)

(2) Add the Bookmarks Menu button to your toolbar
You can drag the button (
) to a convenient spot on the toolbar using the Customize panel. See: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
