‘Firefox has too many features to slow it too a crawl
The time has come for a barebones Firefox, a FF Lite. It now has too many features, and wants to use so much data, and caches so much, that on the poor access to signal in rural areas in the US, it has slowed too a crawl, when usable at all.
So what can I do to make it less data hungry?

Sorry, I mistyped: I meant FF slows to a crawl, if I can get it to go online at all. Is there still a light version that uses less data?
