You need to opt-out of that "service".

It seems unusual to say the least that the Firefox user should have to ask permission from cdn.optmd.com for a 5yr reprieve from their advertising by "opting out" and having the "opt out" cookie always enabled or guess what; you get the advertising again!

I am not a programmer so I just hope someone with the skills can get to the bottom of this and get control of what is an otherwise fsine browser.
