Can you be more specific than "will not work"? How do you go to the website? Does a Dell program take you there? Do you have a URL we can test? Does a download link appear? If so, what happens when you click on the download link?

I go to www.dell.com ,then drivers and downloads,pic my computer,then dell gives me a list to choose from. Then I pic one,by clicking on the download tab next to it , then I get a popup asking if I want to save this file, so I click yes, I can tell nothing downloaded. then I go check in my downloads anyway and all that is there is an empty download manager. I do the same thing with explorer and I can see it download and when I go to downloads it is there waiting for me to open, and works great. but doesn't work with firefox, which is the way I used to be able to do it I think before an update from firefox

Is the item still in the Where to find and manage downloaded files in Firefox? If so, right-click on it, and select Open the file's folder or Open the file

I do not know which driver I need to download. I have not went to Internet Explorer yet, but is there a particular driver I must obtain for Mozilla Firefox?
