Solution for me and a couple of others has been to reset FF preferences. Follow this: http://support.mozilla.com/en-us/kb/basic+troubleshooting#Reset_preferences

and restart FF and it should solve it for a lot of you.

Had the same problem, check that you don't have any Flash applications in other tabs. I had vimeo on one of the tabs, once I closed it the problem disappeared (no preference reset or even firefox restart was needed).
