every morning i get up and my system has crashed. MS says there was " a serious error" whats happening?
i dont know whats going on. ihave had a long standing issue with adobe reader. when i installed the latest verison a month or so ago it seemed fine..but then it did not function. when i treid to remove it i got the message " patch could not be opened. verify the patch exists" i have spent many hours trying to follow adobe BS about removal..some ideas are beyound my limited capabilities. adobe kept recommending a ms tool that no longer exists. to remove the reader. so i have ignored it..now every day i get a little pop up telling me a newer version of reader exists and i need to download it..when i try to do that i ge that same annoying message.
when i get the blue screen error, MS has several suggestions....run a virus scan, do a hard disk check, restore to a previous time..i have done all of these several times to noa vail..is it the " need" for the newest update to reader that wont install and i cant remove? is a mystery issue..have no idea and am very frustrated. ihate adobe and MS is so annoying and useless..help me firefox, you are my only hope ( with apologies to star wars fans
