Roboform works with FF3.0.19 on my laptop. It says incompatable when I try to install it on my desktop. Why?

I use FF 3.0.19 specifically to be able to use RoboForm. I have installed this version on my laptop along with Roboform 6.9.88 and it works.

Now I am trying to reinstall it on my desktop and it says it is not compatible.

Could this be because I am now running Windows XP SP3?

I got an error message saying it was not compatible because it does not provide secure downloads (or something to that effect).

Roboform works with current versions of Firefox, you can get the latest version from http://www.roboform.com/platforms/browsers/firefox

Firefox 3.0.19 is no longer supported by Mozilla, it is recommended that you upgrade Firefox to the current release.
