When I try to download firefox I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. I've also tried it in Google Chrome and Safari and it just won't download.

From Mozilla's Main page I click the download firefox button and I get this message in a small window and the original window give me the "if it doesn't automaticlly download click here..." deal. So then I click THAT and it give me the same message in the original window. How on earth do I get Firefox on my computer?! I downloaded it within the last few months on a different computer without any trouble.

Might be due to your Security Zone settings in Internet Options, or by a Security application.

Try downloading Firefox from this page, make sure you select the correct localization.

Okay, so I turned off all of the security programs on the computer, but I have no idea what to change in the security settings. I added Mozilla.com to safe sites just in case and I tried it in both Chrome and IE. This is the message that I'm getting:
