You will have to clear the History in the History Manager (Library, History > Show Al History) or the History sidebar (View > Sidebar > Hisotry).

I manually cleared all my history using the History Manager. Unfortunately, all my download history was also cleared. I am hoping Firefox 4 will be able to separate out those functions. That would be nice. Thank you for replying.
