  1. Download a copy of Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and save it to your desktop.
  2. Then download the Flash Uninstaller
  3. Close Firefox via File | Exit
  4. Run the uninstaller to remove Flash from Firefox. It will also remove it from IE.
  5. Reboot
  6. Run the Flash installer you downloaded to your desktop earlier (do not start Firefox). This will install it on Firefox only.
  7. Open IE and go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and choose Run when you see the prompt.
  8. Test the installation in both Firefox and IE by going to: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
