You need to uninstall McAfee Site Advisor which includes the Secure Search box.
The program has its own uninstaller which you need to run called Uninstall.exe which is located in C:\Program Files\SiteAdvisor\6066
Follow the prompts to remove it completely from your system and then reboot.
