How do i change these stupid settings so that holding the delete key on my android keyboard doesnt erase everything Ive just written?
The delete button on my android keyboard (htc shift) functions as the backspace key. on normal apps, one tap deletes one space back, and holding it down deletes more and more as long as you hold it.
In firefox, when i try to backspace a word and hold down the delete key, it erases everything ive written in the field! it could be paragraphs, entire emails, etc. It's extremely frustrating when it happens, and Im going to need to switch browsers if I cant fix this.

Sorry about that! This definitely sounds like a bug in Firefox, and we'll try to fix it. Does this happen with the hardware keyboard, the on-screen keyboard, or both?
Just the hardware keyboard.
