I've e-mailed the bank, they insist it's because 1) my computer clock is wrong.(it's NOT!) 2) I'm using a browser that's too old, they suggest Firefox 2 or higher. (I'm using Firefox 4, pretty sure that's newer than version 2?)

This is weird! I've fixed my problem by entering an incorrect date on my computer, then returned it to the proper date, all is good now! Noticed in the message that the date was incorrect, so I checked my computer, it was o.k. It worked though!
