When I open firefox.exe, it takes me to directly to http://www.infoaxe.com/enhancedsearchform.jsp.

How can I avoid this and just go to the Firefox browser? Or if I must select a destination, can I just go directly to Google.com?

You can reset your browser homepage by going to Tools -> Options in Firefox and Tools -> Internet Options in Internet Explorer.
