From what I have read recently, there are no plans for a Windows Mobile version of Firefox Mobile. The work that was being done for a Windows CE version was halted well over a year ago.

Sorry, Microsoft's technical limitations (no development tools for C/C++ applications) and legal restrictions (no software under specific open-source licenses like the GPL allowed in the Windows Phone marketplace) prevent us from building Firefox for Windows Phone 7.
