we run Windows 7 and everything worked until we did the latest Firefox update ... ever since then, we have to run the Windows Explorer diagnostic program which fixes a "connection problem" before we can connect to the internet. Once the diagnostic has run and fixed the problem, then we can open Firefox ??????
