Unabel to get EARTHLINK to Accept FIREFOX as Home page from their Eearthlink TotalAccess Browser. Is is NON-COMPATIBLE? Or what?

I have EARTHLINK TotalAccess. Their MENU selection allows for "click ons" to WEB, EMAIL, PROTECTION, and TOOLBOX.

I am "UNABLE" to link my default browser (Firefox) to the Earthlink MENU entitled WEB. (I always get Internet Explore - which I don't want.

Does Eathlink REFUSE (or reject) FIREFOX?

Have you tried Earthlink support for help with their software?

The only thing that I come up with when searching Earthlink support for EARTHLINK TotalAccess, is answers concerning email, which doesn't involve as web browser like Firefox. I wonder if TotalAccess is just for email?

Unless there is another Earthlink user around here, who knows about that software, you may not get an answer here.
