I want GOOGLE search default AND Restore Session Button. HOW?
As stated. My default search on the about:home Mozilla Firefox Start Page changed from Google to Yacrap! when updating from 6.0 to 6.0.1. Found older (http://www.google.com/firefox) but no Restore Previous Session button.
Did Firefox change this or has something unknown hijacked my browser? No other changes at all except update. Uninstalled and installed v6.0 again, same issue.

i dont know about restore session button , i just use kill process in procexp if i want to save the session (all pages and tabs ) using FF crash recovery . the search bit is a bit easier , just click the pic next to search box and select the one you want , it will be the default til you change it again :-)
Thank you wbddaniela for your reply. I am familiar with changing the search engine next to the address bar (called "location bar" in Firefox? Why be different on that? Anyway...) However, I am referring to the Mozilla Firefox Start Page <about:home> that includes a text bar under the Firefox logo with a <Search> button at the right end of the text bar. Underneath that is an advertising/announcement area and then a wide area underneath that that is a large <Restore Previous Session> button.
The Firefox Start Page on mine used to be a Google search <http://www.google.com/firefox> Am I missing something? Has the "standard" start page always been Yahoo! but I had customized mine to Google? I really like having both the large Restore Previous Session button (it's a great reminder when needed) and the convenience of the large Search Bar (it's *right there* and not 'off to the side,') but Yahoo!? UGH!
Is there a customization that will include the Restore with the Google search? In this day and age of customization, must I be forced to choose which to "live without?"
