Hi, My firefox has been crashing for weeks now. I'm a grpahic and web designer so no bueno. I really need help. It says it keeps reporting the crashes. I've tried everything on your suggestion list and it's still not working. Seems like a tremendous amount of time and energy to try and fix it. I'm back to using version 7 as version 9 was crashing too. Can someone please help me ? I have no idea what to do at this point. Your browswer is obviously the nicest on the net in all other ways. Would really love to use it.

Type about:crashes in the URL bar and hit Enter.

  1. Middle-Click the hyperlinks to bring up each Crash Report page in a new Tab; each page may take a few minutes to load.
  2. Then copy'n'paste the URL of each of those reports into the message box here.
  3. We'll see if we can help you figure out what is causing those crashes to happen.

Hi Edmeister, I really appreciate the help. For most of the crash reports I get this reading when I try to get you the url : Hello curious crasher!

You're seeing this page because the crash report you selected was held back from submission. For statistical purposes, we don't need every crash report and sometimes we decline the submission of a crash report as a form of throttling. If you'd like to see your crash report, type about:crashes into your location bar and your report will be automatically submitted to our server where we'll give it priority processing.

Thank you for reporting your crashes. Here is a PNG of about half of my list of crash reports. This is just when I started reporting them though I believe the problem started occuring several days or even weeks before I started submitting. AT this time I was using vs 7, now I am on 9 and still no working. Crashing constantly and I am a web / graphic designer. Major bummer for me as it happens consistantly every few minutes that I have firefox open. The others either mentioned that they were no longer available or throttling.

Looks like your crash is related to an extension you have installed, based on that one crash report.
