Very simple. I have several cameras at my business and they are all hooked up to a DVR system with an IP address. However, the site comes up blank in Firefox but works fine in IE. Please help!!

I just tried that page in IE and it wanted to install an ActiveX control on my PC.

Sorry, that cam software isn't compatible with Firefox as it uses an ActiveX control. ActiveX is something used only by IE and its' clones. Almost every other browser made uses the NPAPI plugin system instead of ActiveX.

My advice is to contact the manufacturer or distributor of that hardware and ask about the availability of a plugin for Firefox. If they say they don't have one, tell that they better come up with one - fast - as IE is used by less than 50% of internet users these days.
