Can flashplayer be made to work without uninstalling realplayer?
I'm not keen to uninstall realplayer or disable its download function. Can firefox be made to work with the latest version of flashplayer?

You can turn "Web Download and Recording" back on in RealPlayer Preferences (if you turned it off) and then re-enable the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin in the Firefox Add-ons Manager Extensions list, since it's currently on the Add-ons Blocklist.
If you have Flash 11.3 and you are having crashes or other issues with Flash content, you should also either disable "protected mode" or else uninstall Flash 11.3 and then download and install a previous Flash version. See the articles listed below for more information.
