When I click on a link for a youtube video I have a problem

Lately when I click on a forwarded email with a Youtube link, the link page opens in full screen but the picture does not play. Only the sound plays.

I do not have this problem if I am using Internet Explorer.

Can you help me with this problem please? I have the latest version of Firefox 19.0 it tells me.

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

The problem has occurred again.

I have found that if i close off Firefox and then reload Firefox the videos will be able to be seen once again.

Any thoughts please?
