To turn off pop-up blocking for a site, you could try this (open the dialog using either of these):

  • right-click a page on the site > View Page Info > Permissions tab
  • while viewing the site: Tools menu > Page Info > Permissions tab

Under Open Pop-up Windows, uncheck "Use Default" and click the bubble for "Allow", then close that dialog.
