Does the problem occur right when you're trying to call up the Print dialog, or after you click OK to start printing?
In case the problem is some accumulated settings related to your printer, please try the "reset" steps in this article: Fix printing problems in Firefox.
I wonder whether Firefox is recording any information about these crashes, or whether the only information available is Apple's data? Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to locate crash information in Firefox, and if you find recent crash IDs corresponding to these crashes, you can submit the data to Mozilla and then post some of the recent ones here.
jsher, Firefox crashes immediately when I try to print a web page. I tried resetting the print_printer as you suggested, with no success. I then restarted Firefox in safe mode and was able to print, so I think it is an extension problem.
Thanks for your support. Mike Barrett
