remote content
I accidently clicked 'always allow remote content' on a paypal notification, but now all my emails from paypal are listed with the same name even though they are all actually different. The email content remains the same thank godness, but it means i can not search for a name because they are all the same. help please. I need to undo this. thank you

Delete the address book entry for paypal. that is where the always show remote content is stored. Then allow an exception for paypal as described here http://kb.mozillazine.org/Privacy_basics_%28Thunderbird%29#Advanced using the Config Editor

Goto Address Book Delete the name from the Address Book.
"always allow remote content" is enabled because you verified the user by adding the contact to Address Book, If you delete then it won't show up in the same name
Hi, Thank you for responding to my question. i cant delete becasue it is my only record of salesd that I have made on paypal and I keep them for reference. I also have to search in case someone doesnt get there item but at the moment i cant do a search becasue they are all the same name. please help me reverse the action. thank you june
