Firefox crashes

Other notes:
Norton is confirmed to have caused crashes in Firefox 17
These are still under investigation and looks like you are affected by a few crashes. Please see if this also happens:
- In safe Mode Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
- Consistently if you do the same thing, what are these steps?
- If disabling Norton, does this help, or does Norton take notes on what it blocks?
