Taking too long

I have tried to reset and uninstall etc and its on all browsers. Drivers are right. You have any clue what is it?

What's taking too long? Installing Java? Or downloading it?
Are you using the full offline installation package? Or is that some type of online installer?
And what's that about blizzard.com? Is that where you are installing Java from?
Online java. Blizzard.com doesnt load at all, it just shows that error. I cant use anything blizzard related or skype at all, it just loads forever and then shows that error. I cannot even ping blizzard.com via cmd. I downloaded my java from official page of it.
What Firefox locale do you use? Is that en-US or a different locale?
