I have a particular email that I use to sent trouble tickets to and to reply to tickets. Problem is that none of my emails are being delivered because my Thunderbird keeps altering the to email from CC to BCC so the ticket system does not accept the emails.

It starts out as CC but the instant I click send it changes to BCC and I cannot stop that from happening. Even if I put that email in a second time as CC, it is changed to BCC on sending.

How to I stop TB from changing this? It is blocking my ticket system access.

try restarting Thunderbird with add-ons disabled from the help menu.
