Hello,

I'm a little confused at what you are referring to - I don't think the about:home page shows any of your history, unless you are referring to the about:newtab page? If you are referring to a bookmark folder on your toolbar, you can right click and Delete it.

If the page shows up as your home page, you can change your home page settings at:

  • Tools (or New Fx Menu) > Options > General

If the page shows up when you open a new tab, you can change your "browser.newtab.url" setting in your about:config page. In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following steps:

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
  3. Search for browser.newtab.url, right click it and select "Modify".
  4. Change it to another link (such as about:blank for a blank page).

Alternatively, you can clear your history:

  • (manually) History (or New Fx Menu > History) > Clear recent history
  • (automatically - i.e. when you close Firefox) Tools (or New Fx Menu) > Options > Privacy

You have a weird (non-standard) user agent:

  • Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:32.0; WUID=0ff7252c42ca91acec9843e31155ba3e; WTB=24086) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0

Did you download and installed Firefox from the Mozilla server?

You can find the full version of the current Firefox 33.0.1 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

If you do not keep changes after a restart or otherwise have problems with preferences, see:

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
