I would like to ask how to address this issue. I can not send email through Mozilla Thunderbird. The error says: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Message rejected for spam or virus content.

That is a message from the server, not Thunderbird. You may need to talk to your email provider.

Has your email address been blocked?

Check the content of the message. Check the Subject. Are you including a link or attachment ?

Does your Anti-Virus/ Anti-spam product append anything to your outgoing emails?

Are you trying to Reply or Forward a message that was already marked as SPAM even if you think it isn't actually spam?
